- Bachelor's degree and successful completion of a National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Science (NAACLS) Medical Technologist program, five years' clinical lab experience
- Or two years' clinical lab experience with Medical Lab Tech (MLT) certification
- Previous experience as Medical Technologist preferred
- Medical Technologist (MT) ASCP certification required
- SBB or BB ASCP certifications are preferred!
