Position Summary:
Assists with the daily coordination of personnel and resources within a clinical specialty or department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations. Drag Edit Delete Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of clinical services. Drag Edit Delete Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives. Drag Edit Delete Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow and clinical standards, policies and procedures. Drag Edit Delete Monitors departmental compliance with applicable requirements, including accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Education

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Certifications:
Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Provider within 1 year of hire/transfer (only Hem/Onc Esc clinic) Drag Edit Delete Minimum Work Experience
