About This Role:
This position serves in the College of Arts & Sciences Deans Office Center for Student Success & Engagement. The incumbent is responsible for greeting students and visitors, working with academic and student correspondence, KSIS updates, handling/maintaining student records, and supporting different student events.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma and four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and two years of relevant experience.
- Two or more years' experience in general office and administrative support work.
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing including editing.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience working on a computer and demonstrated ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- The ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work Saturdays in June (usually there are two) for New Student Enrollment and two Saturdays for Commencement in December and May.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
