What will you do:
The key focus of the Cyber & Data Manager will be to deliver on three main functions:
1. Support the acceleration of identity management capabilities working within a cyber engineering support team: Serves as the point person responsible for managing cyber, digital, data, and analytics teams in understanding data ecosystems, including data infrastructure, pipeline development/maintenance, quality, governance, literacy and culture, to support the enterprise cyber functions.
2. Drives client focus on how critical effective data, analytics & automation delivery of the cyber functions to the enterprise mission. Understand the larger organizational data strategy and manage the delivery of current and future projects to align with, complement, and build on each other. Across the spectrum this includes:
Being accountable for optimizing the solutions for a cyber data architecture optimized for Zero Trust, including data tagging for use with fine grained access controls, optimization of log data aggregation, and master reference data (users, devices).
Providing overall portfolio analytics and strategic steering of enterprise data projects through data driven decision making with a focus on increasing the likelihood of efficient delivery and long-term data project success.
Serve as a liaison and resource between end users and technical experts.

Demonstrated ability to source and lead the formation and execution of successful partnerships between and across major stakeholders including technology partners, CIOs and business end-users.
Ability to influence and motivate a team of specialists across a variety of functions to establish and deliver capabilities at the scale and pace necessary to enable the cyber and zero trust strategy.
Experience with the creation, coordination, execution, and evangelism of data-driven initiatives.
Proven ability to collaborate with audiences with a wide range of technical knowledge and at different levels of an organization, from the CDO to a data engineer or data analyst.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
SEVEN (7) years of experience leading projects, contracts or personnel INCLUDING FIVE (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience
Bachelor's Degree
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Master's Degree
Management experience preferably in conducting or managing complex data projects, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Federal Information Technology (IT)/security and privacy procedures and techniques
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Change Management Practitioner (CMP)
Certified SCRUM Master (CSM)
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
