The Branch Manager will seek to fulfill our vision by Making a Difference in the lives of members and employees.
The Branch Manager will direct the branch's operations, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans. The Branch Manager will develop the branch staff through coaching and engagement. The Branch Manager will manage the day-to-day activities and is the face of the Credit Union in the communities they serve. The Branch Manager will be expected to cover staffing needs and help in the teller line, with lending, and other day-to-day roles as needed.
- Hires, reviews, schedules, trains, and monitors the work of branch personnel: conducts performance reviews; allocates resources to meet operational needs within the department; reviews and approves, denies, or modifies department recommendations from subordinates.
- Monitors branch operating results relative to established objectives and ensures appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory conditions.
- Actively engage with the Communities they serve. Promotes the Credit Union through networking with community members, Chamber Organizations, etc. Develops personal, business, and community relationships that enhance the Credit Union's public persona.
