We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage SailPoint IdentityNow solutions.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts or other scripting languages to automate tasks.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure that the right access is provided to the right people at the right time.
Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with established policies and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management.
Provide technical support and training to users.
Possess a deep understanding of identity lifecycle processes, including access management and recertifications.
Qualifications
2 – 4 years experience as an IGA Engineer or in a similar role.
Expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow preferred.
Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
Knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Certifications in SailPoint IdentityNow or other identity and access management solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, etc.
You should be willing to be in our beautiful downtown Baltimore office at least once a week to collaborate with other OneMain security leaders.
