- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS and BLS required
- 7 patients per day in hospital, 10 patients per day in clinic
- Esophagectomies, lobectomies, hiatal hernias, chest tube removal and suture removal
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
