Minimum Qualifications
Education: Master's in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidenced-based practices for teens or adults.

Competitive Compensation Our Behavioral Health Therapists average $116,467 a year, working 4 days a week. Our top 5 therapists average $135,759+, working 4 days a week. One of our values is our clinicians are as important as our clients. Because of that, we provide a raise and increase to PTO every year for 10 years.
Additional Benefits Include
Health Insurance- 3 medical plan options with employer contribution (for employee and dependents) towards medical, dental, prescription, and vision insurance. Including acupuncture, chiropractic, and orthodontia coverage through Pacific Source (available the 1st of the month following employment).
