No of ORs: 13
EMR: Epic
Other Info: - Will Supervise CRNAs - Will not have to prepare the anesthesia cart
Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active VA License
BC (ACGME or AOA)
ACLS, PALS
DEA
