Truck Driver
Drives a truck within a city or distribution/industrial area to transport materials, equipment, between various types of establishments such as: warehouses, piers, wholesale and retail establishments, or designated local delivery locations.
Loads and unloads truck with or without helpers, performs daily maintenance and safety checks on the vehicle and ensures the vehicle is in good working order.

SP3300-23-R-5001 Attachment J.1 C-20
type of material being transported, successful completion of OSHA compliance training
IAW DLAI 1307 Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) Training for Packaging and Transportation Personnel Process Guidance prior to the beginning of full performance. (See TE 4.1, Contractor Training). May require use of WMS to generate/close out local delivery manifests.
1.
Truck Driver, Light Truck (CBA). Straight truck, less than 1 1/2 tons, usually 4 wheels.
2.
Truck Driver, Medium Truck (CBA). Straight truck, 1 1/2 to 4 tons inclusive, usually 6 wheels.
3.
Truck Driver, Heavy Truck (CBA). Straight truck, over 4 tons, usually 10 wheels.
Basic Employment Qualifications:
18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license
Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
