We are looking for an energetic and top-notch customer service focused individual who enjoys working with seniors and feels energized by the ability to serve those in need. Working under the direction of the VP of Development, you will be managing the CRM (Constituent Relationship Management System) of Beatitudes Campus as well as providing exceptional stewardship for donors and prospects. This position is non-exempt.
1) Manage the Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system, Raiser's Edge, build donor profiles, including notes and actions, communication preferences, social media and email tools. This includes managing the donor records by keeping donor actions up-to-date, preparing reports for a continual analysis of fundraising efforts, tracking donor engagement. This also includes recording, acknowledging and accounting for all donations, pledges and in-kind gifts; donor stewardship through communication with them (written and verbal) acknowledging gifts and ensuring compliance with Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP best practices; extracting data and reporting on a regular basis to analyze fundraising efforts. As the Foundation expert for the CRM system, resolve with the software vendor any issues that may arise and interface with the campus IT department for any issues. (40%)
2) Manage the fundraising appeals that occur yearly, including determining the parameters for the target donor lists, preparation of the lists for the print vendor and mail house. Create graphics for the appeals. (20%)
3) Manage the donor engagement for the annual fundraising event, Power of the Purse, by tracking donations, pledges and in-kind gifts. Manage the electronic bidding platform used for the event. Manage the auction inventory for the event. Manage constituent records for the event, as well as stewardship for all gifts, tickets, pledges. Provide exceptional relationship management for all donors, vendors and guests. Create reporting mechanisms to measure and analyze the event efforts. (25%)
4) Manage the campus social media platform as well as the Power of the Purse social media platform as it relates to creating and posting appropriate content, scheduling and creating the editorial calendar. Create foundation and event collateral through design and copy and distribution. (5%)
5) Provide high-level support for fundraising and friend-raising activities of the Foundation, including Power of Women, donor engagement events and other special events. Manage event materials, including invitations, collateral. Support for these activities may occur outside normal working hours. (5%)
6) Fund Development office manager for the office, including ordering supplies, liaison with other campus departments. (5%)
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
· Must have knowledge of and special sensitivity to the needs of the aging.
· Associate degree and five years of experience in fundraising, non-profit development preferred.
· Expert working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Strong knowledge of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Constant Contact, Yelp
· Strong background in constituent relationship management software or database systems; Raiser's Edge software or similar donor software preferred.
· Design experience required.
· Outstanding oral and written communications skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform a diverse range of tasks.
Compensation details: 22-22 Hourly Wage
