In this position, you will partner with teams in the domestic theme parks to understand business needs, capture requirements, and research industry technology trends. You will also translate requirements into technical specifications for the design and development of technical solutions. This role will also lead the creation of case documentation, ensure benefits align with objectives, and participate in the refinement of the portfolio plans through financial tasks such as Annual Capital Planning, Annual Operating Planning, and the Long-Range Plan.
This Project Hire/Internal Assignment position has an estimated duration of 2 years with no guarantee of permanent employment status. This role is eligible for benefits and perks such as medical insurance, 401(k) savings plan, park passes, and much more.
What You Will Do
Supports pre-project business problem elicitation, feasibility, and case definition.
Collect and documents requirements using workshop facilitation, document analysis, sites visit, scenario modeling, and other techniques.
Develops the project case and ensures alignment with strategic objectives.
Supports business, technical, and financial feasibility assessments.
Leads the scope and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Supports team with reporting, analysis, budget planning, and funding of projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills
5 years of related work experience or business analysis.
Experience applying business analysis techniques, such as information gathering methods, requirements documentation, process modeling, and process mapping.
Solid understanding of the technical project lifecycle and delivery.
Experienced with capital project funding and approval requests.
