PROJECT LABORER
Hollander Hospitality's Commercial & Residential Development Department is seeking a Project Laborer to join our team for a renovation project located at the Crowne Plaza Seattle Airport Hotel in SeaTac WA.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Skills and Ability to:
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Manage one's time to meet productivity standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work with hands and to work in mechanically oriented situations.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Ability to use power tools properly and safely.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Communicate effectively in the English language to receive and convey information.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
Education and Experience:
- Experience in a similar position or completion of a formal training program or equivalent preferred.
License:
- Valid Washington State driver's license preferred, but not required.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a variety of locations in both indoor and outdoor environments regularly exposed to dust, odors, fumes, and noise. Position requires frequent lifting of heavy materials, tools and equipment and the ability to perform physical labor under adverse weather conditions.
Physical Requirements:
Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Must be able to stand, bend, climb, balance, lift, carry, crouch, and kneel as required by job.
