The Structural Supervisor will oversee our residential solar structural department. This department conducts structural reviews for all our projects, and does structural upgrades, repairs, re-roofing, trenches and many other tasks to support our solar installations and crews.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify condition and strength of roof rafters /sheathing
Review projects for structural concerns & roof integrity.
House framing experience preferred
Administer and enforce safety policies and standards.
Advise & train field crews on building and roofing techniques.
Spot check field crews on site.
Supervise structural field crews.
Visit crews and stand building inspections.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum three years of experience in building trades, ideally as a supervisor.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, to be able to manage several office staff and crews across different regions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. experience is preferred.
Clean driving record.
Current restricted MA CSL is preferred.
