neuro, spine, peds, labor and delivery, general, urology, vascular Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted MO license OR Compact License
- Board Certified CRNA
- Clean Background/Malpractice/NPDB
- AHA Certifications: ACLS; BLS, PALS preferred
- Provide up to date CV with response to posting
EMR: Epic Credentialing Timeframe: 45-90 days Travel & Lodging provided with some max limits Malpractice Insurance provided Rate: $225/hour
