_Estates and Trust Attorney _
Our Lakewood Ranch office currently seeks a highly-trained Trusts and Estates attorney with 2-5 years of sophisticated law firm experience to join our busy practice. Experience with Tax Law and Preparation of Tax filings, 706, 709, 1040, 1041, etc. is required. Preparation of basic and advanced estate planning as well as estate and trust administration is also preferred. Candidates should possess excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills. Must have an LLM in Taxation
