Client seeking NP for family practice contract in Avon, OH from July 29 - August 1. Hours are Monday - Wednesday, 7:00am - 4:00pm; Thursday, 10:00am - 7:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, wellness visits, and physicals.
