Job DescriptionAre you a motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and building new relationships?
Do you have experience in selling service solutions to mobility and logistic service provider fleets? If so, we want to hear from you!
Bosch is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales for our RideCare Insight solution to new customers in the mobility and logistic service provider industries. This includes selling to rental fleets, ride-hailing companies, car-sharing services, long-haul and last-mile delivery fleets, as well as telematic service providers for connectivity and data solutions.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for these new business areas of Bosch. You will work closely with our existing sales team, report directly to the Vice-President of Sales and work with other departments to identify and pursue new opportunities, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the service solutions industry. You should be a great team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers alike. You should also be highly motivated and able to work independently to drive sales and achieve targets.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the mobility, logistic service provider and telematics industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
- Collaborate with existing sales team and other departments to drive sales and achieve targets
- Identify key conventions, prepare communication strategy proposal and create new leads during these
- Prepare customer quote letter and manages price negotiations
- Identify customer requirements and collect competitor information.
QualificationsBasic Qualification:- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Experience selling to mobility and logistic service provider fleets is a plus
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Qualifications:- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the service solutions industry
- Customer oriented, loves to be at the customer and speak the customer language
- Team oriented working style
- Proven track record in negotiating solutions

- Target oriented and self-motivated

In-office requirement: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Travel Requirements: 10% - 20% domestically
