Client seeking NP/MD for per diem assignment in Brooklyn, OH from September 29 - October 27. Specific shifts are September 29, October 5, 6, 13, and 27. Hours are Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care and acute care. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
