We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic behavioral health agency.
Position Summary: We are looking for an outstanding Clinical Supervisor, licensed as a LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW with over five years of clinical experience and at least two years of supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will be a Washington State-approved supervisor, ready to balance direct client care with the mentorship of a team of up to five associates. The role includes offering licensure supervision to associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Management
Lead and Mentor: Provide clinical supervision to a team of up to five associates, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
Regular Supervision Sessions: Offer consistent guidance, support, and feedback during scheduled supervision sessions.
Performance Evaluation: Assess the clinical performance of supervisees and foster their professional development.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure all activities comply with state regulations and professional standards.
Licensure Supervision: Provide licensure supervision to associates, supporting their path to full licensure.
Internship Program Supervision
Support Interns: Supervise and support interns who are part of our internship programs with Seattle University and the University of Washington, ensuring they receive valuable learning experiences and guidance.
Direct Client Care
Therapeutic Services: Maintain a caseload of 15 direct client hours per week, delivering top-notch therapeutic services.
Assessments and Plans: Conduct thorough assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and apply evidence-based interventions.
Specialized Methods: Utilize evidence-based therapy interventions in your practice.
Administrative Duties
Record-Keeping: Document supervision sessions meticulously and track supervisee progress and compliance.
Policy Collaboration: Work with the Clinical Director to shape and implement clinical policies and procedures.
Team Meetings: Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights on clinical issues and program development.
Staff Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new clinical staff and supervisees.
Training and Development
Facilitate Learning: Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of clinical staff.
Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest research and developments in therapy practices.
Promote Growth: Encourage continuous learning and professional development among supervisees and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Education and Licensure
Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work or a related field.
Current licensure as an LICSW in Washington State.
Washington State-approved supervisor certification.
Experience
Minimum of five years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.
At least two years of experience in a supervisory role.
Experience working with children and families is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $91,000 to $115,000 annually.
