Your Role: Visionary Leadership, Compassionate Impact
A typical work schedule will consist of five 8-hour shifts functioning administratively and providing staffing support as needed.
As part of our nursing management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the patient care experience. You will champion policies that prioritize patient well-being while upholding the highest standards of care. Your Responsibilities:
Masterfully orchestrate daily procedures, ensuring seamless coordination.
Cultivate a well-staffed, engaged team across all departments under your purview.
Champion productivity, while ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction.
Address concerns proactively and comprehensively, from QA to patient feedback.
Play a key role in the selection, development, and support of our talented staff.
Uphold hospital policies while fostering a culture of innovation and adaptation.
Spearhead cost-effective practices without compromising patient care.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies.
Ensure compliance with regulations, from Title 22 to Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications that Ignite Success:
Licensure and Certification: possess a current and valid Arizona RN licensure.
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing, healthcare, business, public administration, management or related field.
Experience: You bring 3 years of demonstrated experience in Labor and Delivery, and minimum 1 year of healthcare supervisory experience.
