Seeking Professional Therapist for outpatient position in northwest MO.
Details:
- Provide direct clinical services including individual, group & couples therapy to university students
- Provide crisis assessment and brief intervention for students walking into the counseling center in crisis
- Assist the clinic supervisor with community outreach and engagement
- Maintain clinical note-taking and client records in a timely manner
- Master s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Family Therapy from a regionally accredited institution.
- Licensed or eligible for Provisional Licensure in the State of Missouri. If Provisional, complete requirements within two years.
- Must possess good communication skills; both oral and written.
- Ability to actively participate in a multi-disciplinary team process of treatment planning and patient care evaluation.
Preferred qualifications for position:
- Fully Licensed as a professional counselor, social worker, or marriage and family therapist in the state of Missouri.
- Experience working with the college population or young adults.
- Experience working with diverse clients
