TRA Case Manager
TRA is Tenet's in-house nationwide contingent pool for Nursing and Allied travel and local contracts. Receive a greater level of Contract security compared to with an outside agency.
The RN Case Manager is responsible to facilitating care along a continuum through effective resource coordination to help patients achieve optimal health, access to care and appropriate utilization of resources, balanced with the patient s resources. This position manages medical necessity process for accurate and timely payment for services which may require negotiation with a payer on a case by case basis.
Schedule:
- Onsite at Brookwood Baptist Medical Center every day
- 8 am to 4:30 PM and Monday through Friday
Preferred Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Minimum Experience
Must have at least 2 years acute care experience and at least one year of Case Management experience in an Acute Care Discharge environment
Required Certification/Licensure
- Alabama State License
-BLS
