Kenny Leigh and Associates is seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney to provide legal guidance and representation for clients facing family related matters. Develop strategies, manage cases, advocate in court, and maintain client communication.
Responsibilities:
Consult clients, assess cases, and provide realistic expectations.
Research laws, analyze documents, and strategize case approaches.
Prepare and file legal documents, represent clients in court and negotiations.
Draft agreements, educate clients on options, and offer legal advice.
Uphold ethics, confidentiality, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
JD Degree, Florida State Bar admission in good standing.
1 year litigation experience with successful outcomes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and research skills.
Empathetic, organized, and detail oriented.
Familiarity with family law software.
