Position Overview: As a Licensed Therapist with our practice, you will play a critical role in achieving the following primary objectives:
Enhancing Client Well-Being: Deliver high-quality therapeutic services aimed at genuinely improving the mental health of your clients.
Facilitating Entry and Exit from Therapy: Guide clients into therapy and help them transition out successfully with tools to help achieve long-term stability.
Collaborating for Better Patient Outcomes: Work with prescribers and therapists in a collaborative environment focused on provider development and improved client outcomes.
Office Based Position: You will deliver care from our offices where we will encourage in-person meetings with your clients.
Work a Manageable Caseload: Deliver the care your clients deserve and avoid burnout with a manageable caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
You will improve client/therapist relationships by conducting in-person appointments.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
Educate clients on coping mechanisms and strategies to maintain mental health.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care when needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices in the field.
You will enhance your skills over time by adding and improving specialized psychotherapy modalities to your skill set.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting.
Strong customer service and client advocacy skills.
At least one year of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably with a diverse client population.
Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Passion for making a meaningful impact on the mental health of individuals and the community.
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to deliver specialized therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, EMDR, ART, DBT.
Expertise conducting group therapy sessions.
BLS Certification
