In this position you will represent May-Dann as the agencys Director of Nursing. The successful candidate will have experience working in a home care or home healthcare setting. As our Nursing Services Manager, you will serve as a direct report to the President and CEO of May-Dann where you will be responsible for all compliance associated with licensure of the agency, which includes but is not limited to; preparing client charts for admissions; direct oversight and supervision of clinical and administrative team; managing and directing our Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement (QA/QI) program; and participating in state audits, surveys, and accreditation reviews as necessary.
