Job descriptionHey there, superstars!
Are you absolutely over the moon about teaching kiddos? Well, you've hit the jackpot because we're on the hunt for teachers who are head over heels in love with teaching (just like you)!
Don't have loads of experience but possess a heart full of love for little ones? We're here to save the day with our paid training program!
Got your own little bundles of joy and want to bring them to work? We've got you covered with fantastic discounts on childcare, plus some seriously competitive wages!
Ever heard the phrase "Teaching is like herding cats"? Well, let us tell you, teaching children is way more exciting than chasing feline furballs! Here's a sneak peek at the daily adventures our teachers embark on:
Primary Responsibilities:
Lightning-fast head-counting skills to keep up with our tiny, bustling crowd.
The art of receiving simultaneous group hugs from all your students (while also being a pro at soothing the one who missed out on that hug).
Mastering the fine art of laughing at jokes that might as well be from another galaxy. Child humor, after all, is a delightful cosmic challenge.
Feeling totally at ease announcing your bathroom breaks to an eager audience.
Dancing between singing songs, playtime cleanup, snack distribution, and helping a budding artist use paper instead of walls as their canvas.
Think you're up for this whirlwind of fun? Well then, let's dive right in!
At our core, we believe our teachers are the rockstars of education. That's why we offer competitive salaries, a canvas for your creative genius in the classroom, and give you the recognition you truly deserve as the heart and soul of #TeamYBR!
Now, while a passion for teaching is a must, here are some preferred qualifications to hop on board #TeamYBR:
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Meeting the basic requirements of your local childcare regulatory agency.
- A dash of previous teaching or assistant teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program would be a cherry on top.
- Flex those muscles, as you should be able to lift up to 35 lbs and handle infants with TLC.
- Embrace and cherish our core values: Collaboration, Innovation, Communication, Nurturing, Positivity, and Fun! (Yes, fun is a core value for us!)
- Keep the center and licensing requirements in tiptop shape, always.
- Follow DHHS guidelines for training like a champ.
- Be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Sail smoothly through a Nebraska Child and Adult Abuse and Neglect Central Registry check.
- Pass a background check and hop on the Nebraska State Patrol fingerprinting rollercoaster (figuratively, of course).
As for the moolah, your pay rate will be a fabulous mix of your experience, your role, and whether you've got any degrees (though they're like sprinkles on the ice cream, not mandatory).
Perks and Benefits:
- Competitive salary that matches your superhero skills and qualifications.
- Paid holidays, because we love celebrations.
- Paid time off and sick days for those much-needed breaks.
- Childcare discounts that'll make your heart smile.
- In-house professional development to keep your superpowers sharp.

- Employee childcare discount, because family sticks together.
- Thrilling career growth opportunities that'll leave you feeling like a superstar on the rise.
