Shift: Days / 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
On call rotating with existing staff including one weekend per month
Requirements: - IL License
- 1 year experience
- Cath Lab and IR experience
- ARRT
- IEMA
- BLS
Other Details: - COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical Exemptions Only
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions
- Within 75 miles of the facility
- Locals accepted
ARRT, IEMA, BLS, Need Cath exp and IR xp (Hybrid). Familiarity with Siemens equipment. On call rotating with existing staff including one weekend per month. may included the following duties. Interventional Radiology

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
