Details/Requirements:
Behavioral Health program returning to practice in September
Looking for someone to grow hours with the program
Looking for 15-30 hours per month. Depending on the clientele and growth of the program
New patient evaluations are 60 minutes
Follow-up evaluations are 30 minutes
Preference is to have someone onsite, but they can accommodate a hybrid model
Patients include children ages 6-18 that are in for medication and psychiatric treatment
Client has array of Child and Adolescent Services including, Substance Abuse, Outpatient and IOP
