SALARY RANGE: $57,262 to $81,120
EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Regular, Full-Time, Exempt/Salary Status
RequirementsEMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling. Michigan licensure appropriate to professional degree, i.e., LPC, LLPC, LMSW, LLMSW, is required. Must have experience in the diagnosis and provision of services to individuals with mental health disorders and, developmental disabilities in a mental health or other human services agency. Must have experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders or be willing to gain this experience. CAADC certification, or a development plan in place, preferred. Must be a QMHP with a minimum of one year related work experiences.

Must demonstrate computer skills, including entering and retrieving data. Must be able to read and interpret statistical data. Must demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must exhibit strong spelling, grammar and both oral and written communication skills.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: The candidate must maintain documentation to agency and professional standards. A valid Michigan Driver's License is required to operate an agency vehicle or to transport consumers. Candidates must meet successful clearance of criminal and driving background checks.

Work Environment.
This job operates in a professional office environment; however, it may require travel to other locations including, but not limited to, consumer's homes, physician offices, court houses, etc. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work.
This is a full-time position. Some flexibility in hours is allowed but the employee is expected to be available during the core works hours of Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. the majority of the time, and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status, unless an adjusted schedule is pre-approved. Some evening hours and weekends may be required.
Travel.
Travel may be necessary for this position but is generally located within Gratiot County. A valid Michigan Driver's license is required to operate GIHN vehicles or to transport consumers in personal or GIHN owned vehicles.
Required Education and Experience.

Preferred Education and Experience.
Three years of work experience in the mental health field.
