Meyer Drive Floor: A Level Building: Main Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds 8 Prep, 3 GI Procedure Rooms, 10 Recovery Bays Number of Staff 18 Type of staff: Day Shift Patient Ratios PACU 1:3, Prep area assisting 1 2 other nurses Type of equipment Olympus Scopes, ERBE, Povation EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Great IV Skills Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Previous Moderate Sedation Previous Procedural Experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Colonoscopies, EGD S, ERCP S, PEG S, EBUS, EUS, Super D, POEM, ESD Bone Marrows Best personality Fit: Kind/Caring , open to learning REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS, BLS Floating Area ( s ) : Dress Code : Scrub Color /Attire - NAVY Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines . Weekends and On call(if any) Late nurse 1-2 days/week. Stays with call nurse until last patient dismissed
