Schedule: Multiple Day/Night/Swing Shifts in Multiple Facilities
Shifts: 8/10/12 hr shifts; M-F, F-M, M-Th, 3 or 4 evening swings
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted License (prefer MO, but will allow Compact licensing time or may allow time to get MO license)
- Providers able to handle multiple types of surgical procedures
- Clean Background and Malpractice
- Must include up to date CV with response to this posting

Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days
