Vacation Days:
Vacation accrual begins on start date and can be utilized after the first day, employees are entitled to use it during the time employed but not to receive it as pay out for time unused after the employee is no longer at LPS without exceptions.
2 weeks from the previous year can roll over into the next calendar year after the first year, until a maximum of 4 weeks.
Sick Leave:
Sick leave is 7 days per year or 56 hours per year, allowing sick time to roll over from year to year, with a maximum accrual of 12 weeks.
Paid Time Off (PTO)/Volunteer Work:
PTO is 24 hours per year, and can be used for a combination of reasons, i.e., doctor's visits, child illness, family emergencies, jury duty, volunteer work.

Performance reviews:
During the annual performance review, LPS will consider a salary increase, based on the employee's overall performance and salary level relative to position responsibilities.
