ENT Physician Locums Job in Northern New Mexico Clinic, Procedures + Light Call Starting ASAP
Jackson + Coker is partnered with a facility in northern New Mexico that needs ENT locum tenens support starting ASAP. The client's largest need is for clinic coverage support, however, will also need some weekday call support (will be on call at times while in the clinic), as well as during the weeknights at times (no need for weekend call coverage at this point - could change). Are you available to provide any clinic support to this community in need?
Anticipated schedule:
Monday - Thursday clinic from 8A - 5P, Friday clinic from 8A - 3P
Will be on call while working in the clinic + also be needed for night call coverage once clinic is finished (will not be on call every day, only some days)
Details for Assignment :
Active and unrestricted New Mexico medical license and CSR/DEA required
Board Certification and/or true Eligibility required
Seeking physicians with a clean malpractice history if possible
Will be on call while in clinic on some days; Will be required to cover any emergent cases that present in the ED that require ENT specialty assistance during/after hours (call center at hospital will call clinic for any emergencies).
Hospital is in the same parking lot as the clinic
Clinic call also includes any surgical cases from the week that have any urgent/emergent situations (during and after hours)
Support staff: Will work alongside of 2 ENTs in the clinic, 1P, 2 Au D providers + 2 clinic RNs
Will see all ages; PEDS to Geri
Cases to anticipate: Tonsil patients, head & neck cases to include cancer, thyroid cases to include cancer, mandible cases
Most complex cases will be sent to Albuquerque
Facility details: 150+ bed facility, Epic EMR, level III trauma designation, 1 hour drive to Albuquerque
