Seeking BE/B C OBGYN to join team in Montgomery, AL.
- Athena EMR
- Each Physician has a Nurse or MA that works with them on their shift.
- Expected Schedule: Monday Thursday 8-4:30, Friday 8-12
- Anticipated volume: average 20-25 patients/day (mix of patients)
- Average total month for deliveries: 45-50 for total group
- OB services to Gyn Services: 50/50
- Surgeries scheduled as needed and block time (eligible for block time after 6 months)
- Surgical Robotics available
- Each doc chooses to take their own practice call
- Level 2 Nursey, more specialty care
- 2 infant ventilations
- Will stabilize, but if requires more than a few hours, patient will go to higher care.
- No Midwives or Laborists currently
Compensation Package Overview:
- Base Salary with 3-year guarantee
- Quarterly production bonus wRVU
