Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on strategies for maximizing independence and improving quality of life
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in case management and speech therapy is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
