Summary of Job:
The Service Manager is responsible for the day to day operations and culture of the Home Services Group.
The Residential Service Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and cultivating a positive work culture for residential services of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, General Maintenance, and more. The individual in this position will be responsible for promoting a safe work environment, addressing the needs of field technicians, and upholding the culture and values of the company, including client satisfaction and quality. This individual will collaborate with dispatch to maintain work schedules, ensure service fulfillment, and provide technical training.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Trade School certification
- 5 years or more field experience
- Computer skills a plus
- Microsoft Suite experience a plus
Skills and Abilities:
- Possess excellent problem solving & communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and while maintaining adherence to project deadlines
- Professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Must have strong training and mentoring skills.
