We are seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for patient care and possess a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in work comp, manual therapy and general orthopedics is highly desirable. We are offering monthly bonuses in addition to a highly competitive package.

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Physical Therapist.
PATIENT CARE
Provides evaluations including examining patients' medical histories and then test/measure strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration and motor function.
Plans and prepares treatment plans describing a strategy, purpose and anticipated outcome.
Administers manual exercises, application of physical agents (i.e.: ultrasound, electrical stimulation), manual therapy and traction.
Evaluates effects of treatment at various stages and adjusts treatments to achieve maximum benefit often conferring with physician and other practitioners.
Educates patients and family in a home exercise program, use of assistive and adaptive devices.
Documents evaluations, daily treatment notes, plan of care and discharge summaries in the electronic medical record in a timely manner. Documentation will follow established templates and meet CMS guidelines.
Accurately completes billing for services provided in an accurate and timely manner. Documentation will support all charges and will appropriately reflect the skilled services provided.
Discharges patients from physical therapy when goals or projected outcomes have been attained and provide appropriate follow up care or referrals.
Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
Experience in trigger point therapy, pediatrics, and acute care is highly desirable.
Experience in manual therapy, orthopedics and work comp is highly desirable.
No pediatrics or acute care.
GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
Participates in program development and departmental initiatives to achieve clinic and department goals.
Meets all continuing education requirements needed to maintain state licensure.
SUPERVISES CLINIC PERSONNEL
Assists in training and orientation of new staff.

QUALITY ASSURANCES AND AUDIT MEASURE
Evaluation/Discharge documentation to be completed per insurance guidelines.
FCE documentation to be completed within 72 hours upon completion of FCE.
TIME MANAGEMENT
Prioritizes work activities based on clinic demands to complete assignments within designated timeframes with little to no supervision.
Monitors openings and/or cancellations in daily schedule and communicates with PT front desk staff to effectively fill the openings.
TIME AND ATTENDANCE
Is punctual for shift.
Obtains authorization from supervisor for changes in schedule.
Observes policies regarding break/meals, time off and calling in sick.
SAFETY
Demonstrates behavior that protects the safety of self/others and of the physical plant and equipment.
Demonstrates environmental awareness by maintaining work areas in clean and unobstructed order.
Follows policy when accidents occur.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Active Nebraska licensure in Physical Therapy
BLS certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Seeing and hearing: Read documents, computer screen, answer phones, communicate in person: 75-100%
Standing and walking: 75-100%
Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling: 75-100%
Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing and writing: 50-74%
Lift in excess of 50#:
