Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Program Manager is responsible for supervising and monitoring all contracted activities/services at assigned sites to ensure model integrity and contractual compliance.
- Program Manager will interview, hire, train, and directly supervise staff at assigned program including new hire orientation (employment-related documents and benefits enrollment, ensure submission of personnel transaction forms, evaluations, and obtain background screening information on new hires and candidates).
- Conduct performance evaluations for assigned staff and prepare, maintain, and distribute department payroll time logs and timesheets coordinating changes or corrections.
- Locate and compile information and complete reports as required by contracting agencies to maintain program/department entry into data systems through accurate and timely input of referrals, client and/or staff demographics, billing, attendance, event, and assessment data.
- Maintain confidential, accurate and complete records according to Eckerd standards and contractual obligations adhering to federal and state laws on confidentiality and safe practice; client and staff record maintenance to include, but not limited to filing, retrieval, retention, storage, updating, follow-up, and destroying files as directed by policies and procedures.
- Oversee the timely and accurate administration of surveys, pre/post assessments, and other evaluation tools as required for tracking outcome measures.
- Track program/department expenditures, ensuring purchasing orders or invoices and receipts are processed in timely manner; Report income and accruals as required; Prepare invoices for program/department expenditures including leadership travel; maintain petty cash receipts; ensure p-card transactions are completed in accurate and timely fashion.
- Network with community resources such as Community Coalition, Program Community Advisory Council, pertinent funders, and local CBC to promote program concept, coordinate fund raising efforts to support existing programs and for program expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University in human services (e.g., psychology, social work, sociology, or related field) or higher education required.
- 3+ years of experience working with youth and families is required.
- Must have an appropriate and valid state driver’s license and be able to meet requirements for Eckerd’s Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes.
- Must successfully pass a background and drug screening process, including, but not limited to, state, local, and funder criminal background check requirements.

We provide youth with development, academic instruction, career & technical education, and access to the 14 WIOA Youth Elements.
