Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes, ensuring high-quality care.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and proper techniques.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
Certification: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with no restrictions.
Experience: Home health experience is not required but preferred.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in therapy software and documentation.
