Arundel Lodge, Inc. is a behavioral health agency located in Edgewater, MD. Our mission is to improve the lives of children, adults, and families impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We are seeking a Development Director to join our team! Candidate must have a BA Degree in Marketing, Business, Human Services or related field. Candidate with four years’ experience including knowledge of annual and planned giving, foundation/corporate solicitations, cultivating individual donors, communications, special events and/or marketing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include;
- Identify, define, and acquire funding resources available to the agency.
- Develop strategies and coordinate fundraising activities reflecting agency goals.
- Seeks new corporate/foundation funding sources and maintains relationships with current & past donors.
- Designs and implements a comprehensive Fundraising and Development program and marketing strategies.
- Determine how to package and market programs to supporters.
- Work collaboratively with staff to identify avenues of economic support for programs & projects.
- Supervises Development staff.
