San Diego based employment litigation law firm, is seeking a Sr. Litigation Associate. The preferred candidate will have 3 years experience in complex wage and hour litigation, but all applicants with at least 3 years of employment litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time, hybrid position. The Sr. Litigation Associate will work with a diverse team of ten attorneys and staff to manage a dynamic wage and hour class action case load. The litigation associate will be responsible for interfacing with clients, drafting law and motion, arguing motions, conducting all aspects of discovery and attending mediations. Salary based on experience and qualifications.
The desired candidate will possess the following skills:
Work well collaborating with others in team orientated office;
Experience managing junior attorneys;
Capable of managing and performing all aspects of litigation during the lifecycle of a case;
Strong legal writing;
Exceptional legal research;
Federal and State complex litigation experience, e.g., wage and hour class action, securities class action or construction defect;
Experience in all aspects of discovery practice including taking and defending depositions and, drafting and responding to written discovery;
Experience in all aspects of law and motion;
Trial and/or arbitration hearing experience is a plus.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
