Starting rate of pay: $16.00/hour
Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is a community bank in New Hampshire that serves the financial needs of businesses and consumers in the area. Currently, we are looking for an Operations Representative. This is a Monday through Friday position located in Woodsville, NH.
Operations Representative Responsibilities:
- Review and respond to conversations in Banno
- Provide phone support to customers
- Process various types of account maintenance
- Process Visa check card applications and maintenance
- Address change scanning validation
- Filing various forms and maintenance
Operations Representative Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use and learn computer-based systems
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
