Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT - Home Health Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F, (4 - 10s is optional)
Length: 13 weeks Weekend rotation: Sat every 5-6 weeks, 1 day off during the week when working Sat, No call, Holiday rotation
Requirements:
- WA is part of the PT compact privilege states
- Minimum 2.5 -3 years of experience (Home health highly preferred; mixture of home health, inpatient/outpatient experience is preferred)
- Gradated of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- BLS
- OASIS certification preferred but not required
Will not accept a first-time traveler

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
