Position Summary:
The Clinical Resource Nurse provides clinical support 24/7 across the Middlesex Health main hospital campus, assisting in providing support to staff as well as patients. This role requires expert clinical nursing skills and knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications:
Expert Clinical Nursing Skill and Knowledge
Current, unrestricted Connecticut Nursing License
Bachelor s Degree in Nursing
2 years previous emergency/critical care experience
5 years as Registered Nurse
Cultural awareness
ACLS
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior like experience
Board of Nursing Certification
Experience in an interdisciplinary team
Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) training
Prior PACU/Endoscopy experience
Prior EKOS/TIPS experience
