Mon-Fri shifts, 2 10 hr shifts weekly Occ SummaryIndependently plan and provide professional nursi ng care for patients inaccordance with physician orders and established policies andprocedures. Provide nursing services to patients and familie s inaccordance with the scope of the RN as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.Nurses hired into this limited benefited classification will commit towork a minimum number of hours in a designated inpatient nursingdepartment. Work PerformedPlan, provide, supervise a nd document professional nursing careutilizing the nursing process for p atients in accordance with physicianorders and established policies and procedures. All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) will be required to enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years of their start date and to complete the program within five years of their start date.
