We are currently looking for a women's health nurse practitioner to join our private practice in Sugar Land, TX .
- The incoming provider will join our OB/GYN physician and a certified nurse midwife
- We provide full-spectrum obstetric and gynecological care, including managing common pathologies such as obesity, diabetes, and high blood pressure
- Perform procedures including hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, and polypectomies, focusing on minimally invasive techniques
- We offer midwifery care for comorbid patients in a blended approach with MDs and other CNMs
- As part of our care team , you will engage with primary care physicians (PCPs) to ensure proper healthcare usage and minimize unnecessary referrals to specialists and assist with hospital rounding to support the MD in patient care management
- Schedule: patients per day: 15-18, deliveries per month: 12-18, Clinical/Admin Hours: Monday-Thursday 9 AM - 5 PM, Friday half-day (done by 1 PM).
- Call: 1:4 MD and CNM. On call 2 days/week and 1 weekend/month (excluding holidays).
Qualifications:
- Experience highly preferred
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- State licensure and board certification is required
