Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking a full-time Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Nurse to join our team at the Women s Therapeutic Residential Center located in Henning, Tennessee.
The CQI Nurse is responsible for conducting CQI studies and audits, monitoring trends, providing statistical analysis for all QA/CQI indicators. Additional responsibilities include preparing written reports and presentations on findings.
The CQI Nurse ensures all infection control practices of all staff are following policies and procedures and works closely with healthcare, laboratory, and security staff and state and local agencies to prevent and control infection within the correctional environment. Educating staff and patients about infectious disease and safe infection control practices is also a key responsibility of this position.
- Tennessee RN license or ability to obtain license
- Current CPR
- Corrections experience not required
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
