Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join e-Gaming leadership team and help build the people strategies! We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Human Resources, to join our dynamic team. Led by recognizable talent from the industry, we are looking for a Human Resources leader from the industry who can meet the challenge!
As a key contributor to the organization, you will work closely with the CHRO and provide support to the business across multiple states. In the highly regulated gaming space, this role is for an individual contributor with support from the broader Human Resources department for talent acquisition and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and willingness to roll up their sleeves when required.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Supports and guides e-Gaming leadership team on their business and culture transformation process.
- Applies understanding of internal and external business drivers to guide the leadership team through ongoing business evolution and changing ways of working.
- Provide support and guidance to leadership team and advise on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.
- In partnership with the CHRO, investigate policy violations, investigations, and compliance issues and report to the Executive team.
- Leads the efforts to identify gaps in the execution of business strategies and consults business leadership on clarifying and executing business strategies as an HR expert. Ensures interventions improve the clarity of business strategies and address the gaps in strategy execution.
- Applies knowledge of the future direction of the organization to guide talent assessment and make decisions on talent needs and solutions (e.g., whether to build, buy, or borrow talent).
- Influences the design and implementation of strategic talent management solutions (e.g., planning, movement, development) in partnership with Talent Management and business leadership.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Requirements:
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive human resource management experience at the management or leadership level.
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate up and down the organization.
- The successful candidate will have banking or gaming/casino experience and is skilled in operating in a highly regulated industry.
- HRIS experience is a plus, Paylocity experience would be an asset.
