Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Teachers, Assistant Teachers and Aides to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a nurturing and supportive classroom setting conducive to learning
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote a positive classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to enhance the overall educational experience
- Integrate literacy education, math concepts, and other subjects into daily activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- State teaching certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education or relevant area
- Proficiency in classroom management and instructional best practices
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
